In May 2016, Michael Imbriano, and his wife, Jodie opened the The Crispy Pig in Sea Cliff, NY, serving an exuberant menu of re-imagined comfort food. Executive chef Peter Kontomanolis has divided the menu into shareable starters and mains. In addition to a wide range of beers on tap and bottled, The Crispy Pig offers craft cocktails, small-batch whiskeys and tequilas, and an international wine list.
