Executive Chef and owner Arthur Gustafson combines a blend of new American trendy with the classics; his style is French technique with global ingredients, interpreted in a creative fashion. You will see hints of Nuevo Latino, Pacific Rim, Italian/Mediterranean, Classic Chop House and, of course, French Bistro. It’s all there from a Spanish Lobster Quesadilla to Asian-inspired Tuna Tartare; Belgian influenced Moule et Frites to Tango Tempura Shrimp with Sweet Chili Dip and Mamma’s Chicken-Meatball Sliders.
