Their poultry is always organic, fish are caught locally, and beef is organic and grass-fed only.
Babette’s East Hampton began from a dream and evolved out of sheer desire. We love preparing and serving great clean food and creating a lively, sensual and visually beautiful space. Each meal is an event. Hence, Babette’s East Hampton opened its doors June 1995. Twenty years later we opened Babette’s Newport Beach three thousand miles away on the West Coast. What can we say…We love clean food…We love adventure…We love the farmers who make it all possible.
